Enjoying a career in the housing industry, Bill has been the builder and architectural designer which has led his building companies, Wm. King, Inc. and Wm. King Development Co., Inc through more than 400 custom homes and town homes in Flagstaff, Arizona. His company developed five housing subdivisions in Flagstaff. He also created Wm. King Reality and Wm. King Design Interior which were subsequently sold to others. His legacy has inured to his daughter and son-in-law, Jody and Don Colegrove through their current company, Wm. King-Colegrove, LLC which continues the tradition as a designer and builder of fine custom homes.
