I have been involved with life coaching, hypnosis and meditation for more than fifteen years. I have a curiosity for the ‘whys’ we do things. Therefore, I guide my clients toward a better understanding of their experiences–both past and present. While we can’t change the difficult situations encountered in our past, we can work together to gain awareness and validation to better be able to handle present issues.
As children, we develop coping behaviors in order to adapt to negative family situations or social circumstances. Sometimes, though, our true essence is overshadowed by the defensive barriers that were created. Outdated conclusions or beliefs need to be re-evaluated and reframed.
I am solution-oriented. As there is no magic formula, I do my best to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Because of my innate ability to be empathetic and supportive, people of all ages and backgrounds feel at ease working with me.
